Woman killed in Floyd County crash

State Police are investigating a crash that killed a woman from Fries on Saturday morning.

Sgt. Bob Carpentieri says 38-year-old Teresa Lynn Radford was driving a 1988 Cadillac eastbound on Laurel Branch Road (Rt. 719) around 7:40 a.m.

Investigators believe Radford ran off the right side of the road, and hit several trees in the 700 block of Laurel Branch Road.

Carpentieri said Radford was not wearing her seatbelt.

The crash is still under investigation.
