Doctor who took Cho records home cleared

  Montgomery County Commonwealth’s Attorney Brad Finch has cleared Dr. Robert Miller of any criminal wrongdoing.

  Dr. Miller admitted in court papers, that he accidentally took Seung-Hui Cho’s mental health records to his home sometime in early 2006.

  The long sought after records where missing until July, when Miller found them and handed them over.

  Finch said he couldn’t find any state laws Miller violated.  Finch also said Miller had no criminal intent in taking the records to his home.
