A lawyer filed several pages of questions for former Cook Counseling Center chief, Dr. Robert Miller.

Robert Hall, representing the families of Erin Peterson and Julia Pryde, filed the documents requesting Miller answer several questions about the case.

Peterson and Pryde died in Norris Hall.

Miller admitted last month he accidentally took Cho’s long sought after mental health records home with him after being demoted as head of the Cook Counseling Center in 2006.

Miller found Cho’s file in his home in July.

You can read the filing here .

When does this ever end?  Must we keep hearing about this tragedy?  We know what happened and who did it.  We’ll never know why on this side of eternity.
