Gallop For The Greenways

The 5K race sponsered by Carilion was part of an effort by a group called Valley Forward to protect our local greenways.

Today’s run raised money for greenway development in the Roanoke Valley.

Hundreds came out, including Newschannel 10’s John Carlin.

The event raised more than $35,000.
