    Virginia smokers will soon see changes once again.
    Starting next month, cigarettes that are sold in Virginia must comply with new standards, that will help them self-extinguish.
    In 2008, the general assembly passed a law requiring cigarettes that are sold here, to be made with a type of paper that is less likely to start a fire.
