NRA endorses Dr. Scott Garrett in 23rd District race

The National Rifle Association has endorsed Dr. Scott Garrett in the 23rd District House of Delegates race.
Garrett is the Republican nominee, a surgeon, and serves on Lynchburg City Council.
He is running against Democratic incumbent, Delegate Shannon Valentine.
