Joshua Kasongo, Luke Elbino and Anthony Muse and Mohammed Guhad were indicted by the grand jury for kidnapping conspiracy and attempted kidnapping.

Luke Eldino, Joshua Kasongo and Mohammed Guhad were arrested April 6.  Police say they tried to force their way into a Roanoke County home. Court records show one of the men supposedly talked of kidnapping the woman who lived there.  Guhad faces a federal attempted kidnapping charge.
