Body found outside burned tanker after fiery crash

Developing Story: Police say the oil tanker was the only vehicle involved in the fiery crash on Interstate 581/Route 220 between the Franklin Road and Elm Street exits. A body was found outside of the truck. Parts of the road were shut down for almost 10 hours as crews worked to put out the massive fire and clear the scene.
