A Radford University basketball player is in trouble with the law.
A Radford grand jury indicted Amir Johnson on charges of burglary and grand larceny on June 12th.
Johnson is the starting point guard on the Highlander’s men’s basketball team and considered to be a team leader.
We expect to receive a statement from Radford University about Johnson this afternoon.
We’re also waiting to hear back from Radford Police to find out when the crime Johnson is charged with was committed.
