Region C girls soccer final set

    The defending state champion Radford Lady ‘Cats and the Glenvar Highlanders will meet for the Region C Soccer crown after both teams rolled to 5-0 semifinal victories on Wednesday night.  Radford got a pair of goals from ‘Pip” Pattison in the victory over James River,  while Glenvar rolled over Bath County by the same score. The Highlanders were led by Megan Hostetter, who scored an acrobatic header goal and a deep rising shot that found the top of the net as well. Glenvar and Radford will face off at 6pm at Radford the the Region title.
