Faber Jamison wins 3rd SunTrust State Open

Call him Mr. State Open.

Faber Jamison from Appomattox took home his third win at the tournament on Sunday, shooting two-under-par in the final round to finish at (-19) for the tournament.

Jamison won by five strokes.

Well known Botetourt County golf pro Chip Sullivan tied for second, shooting (-14) for the tourney.

Two local amateur golfers also finished in the top ten.  Adam Webb shot (-11) to tie for fourth place, while Fielding Brewbaker from Salem finished at (-10) to tie for sixth place.
