It's a sweet victory for a local truck racer Timothy Peters

»  Comments | Post a Comment

A rain delay couldn't slow down the truck drivers in the Kroger 200.
Hermie Sadler hits the wall off the restart and then into Rob Fuller.
And on lap 115, Johnny Sauter spins out of control twice bringing out the caution flag.
But it's a sweet victory for a local truck racer, Timothy Peters, who lives only 15 minutes away from Martinsville Speedway had odds against him, but on lap 153 he took the lead..
And it was Peters who cruised home to an easy first-time victory to win the race!
