ROANOKE CO. - Following their state championship season, two Northside High School Vikings seniors are moving on to play football at the next level.
Nick Sigmon, who plays Linebacker and Offensive Lineman, signed a letter of intent to play for Liberty University Thursday afternoon. He received a full scholarship.
Dustin Phelps, who plays slot receiver, running back, and defensive back, signed a letter of intent to play for the University of Charleston. Phelps also received a full scholarship.
